My mother was in rehab for about 4 weeks. There she received good care and the staff were attentive. From the time my daughter and I first checked out the facility, we liked it very much. Very clean and pleasant and the air smelled nice..Katie Crawford (transitional care manager) was very knowledgeable while we toured the facility. I cannot speak highly enough especially of the Physical Therapy department. James and Lisa really motivated my mom in doing the therapy exercises even though my mom was nothappy about it! Two and a half years ago, our family faced a challenging journey when my dad had a stroke. After heavy duty amounts of research of nursing and care facilities in the Tampa, Florida area, I found East Bay. East Bay came with high praises, and they exceeded them. I have been a patient at East Bay on more than one occasion. I'm a retired nurse and I know the care and personnel are top notch. The facilities are clean and well kept and I will not go anywhere else.
