“Highly recommend Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast! They did an excellent job in the full remodel of our kitchen which included removing a drop ceiling, and adding new cabinets, an extended counter, granite top, lighting and appliances. We had obtained bids from 3 other kitchen contractors before walking into KS’s Clearwater showroom where we were warmly greeted by Julie and introduced to co-owner William. Even though KS was not our lowest bid, we knew after our conversations with William we’d receive the quality in materials and workmanship expected. None of the other contractors we met were as thorough, knowledgeable, and creative as KS owners William and Shane. William and each of the sub-contractors (drywall, electrical, plumber, tile, HVAC, flooring, granite fabricator) visited our home over a couple of days before starting the project so they could see what needed to be done, avoid any surprises and accurately determine costs. We had access to the project schedule via the online app BuilderTrend before work began so we knew what work and who would be coming next. Project Manager Mike Borrero was friendly and promptly addressed any questions or concerns during his frequent inspections. He would also call to let us know if there was a change in the daily schedule or a work crews’ arrival time. The KS team of Shad and Daniel were great! They installed floor-to-ceiling protective plastic sheeting and floor covering to help contain dust & debris. Shad & Daniel were friendly, did the initial demo, all the carpentry, and delivered quality work. All contractors throughout the project were skilled, courteous and cleaned/hauled away debris when they finished each day. The project was completed on time and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Attached are before and after photos.“

“In 2016, we had our dated condo kitchen totally remodeled and we love it! However, just last month (April 2024), we discovered by accident, that our granite counterop breakfast bar wasn't fixed to the countertop!

I contacted Jason by email and within a week it, the repair was handled, scheduled, fixed, job done!

Now that says a lot to me about the integrity of Avery Construction. To revisit a job 8 years after the installation to ensure the customer is STILL satisfied is so rare in today's world of builders. I highly recommend Jason Avery's company, customer service beyond the pale!

As a side note, when Avery Construction prepared for the permits, materials, protecting common areas during the job, etc., they set a standard for our building because of the great care they took to ensure carpets, elevators, deliveries, etc. were handled neatly and the crew always left the building in a good, clean state!“

The gentleman came out, discussed with us what we were looking for and helped with the new install of our bathroom fix and scheduled the install. “We recently had a old concrete driveway and entrance walkway replaced with pavers by JFS Pavers. We began the process by having Jose come out and measure our job site and discuss our options. The next process was selecting the paver type and color variation we wanted from a list that Barbara the office manager provided us of previous jobs they had completed. Once we made our selection, the permit applications were submitted and the material was ordered. “Great experience working with Island Way Pools. Their design software to mock up our project and the consultation was simple, detailed, and low-pressure. Zach Case was our main point of contact and he followed up with us periodically and professionally prior to our commitment to start the project. Once we committed, the process was very quick from ground breaking to completion. Jacob and Joe came out and explained the whole process before things began. Joe was our day to day contact and provided regular updates, great communication, and friendly service. Once the pool was complete, Jon helped us get everything set up and serviced for the first month or so. We loved the deck and had them come out and add to the project a few weeks later.

We did encounter a few minor issues along the way, which is to be expected with any pool project. I told them upfront that I wanted to ensure we worked through any issues reasonably and quickly and they lived up to that.
