Dr. Thomas and the office staff are wonderful. My fur baby was hurt by another dog. They fit her in right away and took great care of her. ALSO, I didn't have to mortgage my home to pay for the care!

I have used Connechusett's for about 6 years now. Currently, my dogs see Dr. Thomas, but we also have seen Dr. J, and I've been happy with both. They have always been able to treat my dog's illnesses successfully, and keep them up to date on any vaccines they need.Recently, I used their kennel for the first time. My dogs were there for 4 nights, and when I picked them up they looked great. They were clean, looked well taken care of, and didn't appear nervous at all. I intend to use their kennel service again.

They are always quick to accommodate my unruly pups! They allow us to go to an empty exam room if available, bypassing chaos in the waiting room. I was recently charged $24 for nail trim elsewhere. They charged half of that. When you have multiple pets, these things make a difference! Friendly staff, both on the phone and those handling the "patients."
