The review would have been 5 stars... but the price was in the higher end of the roofing companies I had interviewed for replacing the roof with a metal roof. That being said; It looks great. The company pulled the permits- work with the insurance company- Cleaned up each day ( 3 days big roof) had dumpster in DW. They scheduled the inspections- closed out the permit. In the 10 months since, we've had several big storms and record breaking rain, wind...AND NO ROOF PROBLEMS! And the lady in the office answers the phone immediatlely. She is very nice and effecient. The insurance company ( after 9 months and after I sent the information) was asking for the wind report... read full review
I reached out to Bob to help me with assessment of a new roof. He gave a quote and we moved forward. My roof looks fantastic with the paperwork all taken care of promptly, even with my HOA. Most importantly he made me feel comfortable as I'm out of state and not familiar with FL inspections and insurance. It was a stress-free process! I appreciate Bob and his entire team.
Castle just completed our roof and did an excellent job! We are extremely pleased with it. The Crew was awesome! They work so hard, dawn to dusk, to get the job done. Ours took just over two days and they would pick up everything each night just to put it back down the next day! Very, very hard workers. Rebekah at Castle kept us informed from start to finish as well. She was very informative and responsive. We highly recommend Castle Roofing. Quick and very particular about their installation. Thank you Castle!!
