Their workeds arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time after notifying me they were on the way. Both young men were personable and professional. My rugs were cleaned well. I would use them again as well as refer the company to others.
Wasn’t completely happy originally; however, the true test of a business is in their customer service. The owner Kevin made it right. If you have a problem, let him know and he will make it right!
Castle Keepers just cleaned our carpet and tile in our new condo and did a fantastic job! Courteous and efficient, showed up on time and got the job done. About the only thing that went smoothly on our purchase. Thanks Guys!
