Started having issues with my pup Sunday morning and it only seemed to be getting worse throughout the day, walked into BP at 9pm on a Sunday, every persons worst nightmare at work. But they handled it so smoothly, rushed my pup in right away, answered any questions I had, wrapped his wound, cleaned him up so well, and treated him so kindly. (I could hear from the front lobby they loved his floppy ears, haha!) they quoted me our visit & it was not nearly as much of a quote as I was expecting for what they did for him, they brought him out and we left. In our time of desperation, everyone was so thoughtful and helpful. They helped us with options and costs and explained everything so well. They have a little tea station in the lobby as well to help calm your nerves. So thankful to them!
