These folks were very thorough in explaining everything that was going on and answered all my questions before and after. Took really good care of my pup and me. One of her vets called me over the weekend, even though the facility was closed, to let me know know test results so I didn't have to keep waiting. That above and beyond care really makes a difference.
I love blue Pearl Animal Hospital, they treated me and my boys so well. It’s very difficult finding someone to take care of Guinea pigs and to know what they’re are doing but blue Pearl Animal Hospital does. I had to bring them into the ER for critical care and each time and they treated them perfectly and also treated us with kindness. Seeing them can be pricey at times but you know what.. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and every penny was worth it. I got to bring Squrrely and Cookie home each time. And each time , they made a perfect recovery. Thank you SO much…
It is a scary time when you need special services. And we are happy blue pearl is close by! 24/7 is fantastic as anything that happens seems to be after normal hours. They are friendly and professional even though the circumstances are not good. They kept us constantly informed and welcome the interaction.
