We have been seeing Dr. Jackson-Curtis since my daughter was born almost 18 years ago. She came to the hospital to check her out. She is by far the mostly knowledgeable and respectful physician I have ever dealt with. Even if you do have to wait, which that has not been a problem in years, she is well worth it! Every illness and situation we have gone through over the years were always handled with confidence, knowledge, wisdom and respect for my position as the parent. I am shocked at some of these negative reviews! Dr. Danuta Jackson-Curtis is hands down the best pediatrician in Pinellas County, and the ONLY pediatrician covered by my insurance that is extremely accommodating for natural/holistic methods and natural birth. She really takes her time with my children and goes over every inch of their body with a fine toothed comb… I’m so grateful they are in her care and I trust her expertise. I’ve also seen the nurse practitioner and she is excellent as well.I have a 12 year old, a 2.5 year old and a 6 month old and we have never waited more than 15 minutes in the 10+ times we have been there within the past two years. Well I didn't read the reviews on here before I went, which I'm glad I didn't. My appointment was scheduled for 5:30 PM which is amazing in itself, I was a half hour early due to rain and I got out of work early. I don't want this to go on long so I will sum up my experience at this office and with Dr. Curtis. My two children are four years old and six years old. We are new patients as of yesterday. I came prepared with all of my paperwork filled out except for the school forms. After I finish my paperwork and it was reviewed we waited about 30 minutes.
