My husband got me a gift certificate for Bella Michelle's for my birthday and I ended up getting the Bella Birthday package. I didn't have the certificate but it was not a problem and they were able to just look it up. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of and comfortable. The robes are super comfy and soft. I wanted to take it home with me. The package included a seaweed wrap in the Alpha Capsule, massage, facial, marshmallow meltdown hand treatment, pedicure, and lunch. I opted to change from a pedicure to the marshmallow meltdown foot treatment due to recently having a pedicure. They were very accommodating. All treatments were top notch. The lunch included a fresh strawberry salad, candied walnuts, and vinaigrette dressing with an amazing chocolate cake. Everything was delicious!! I felt so relaxed and like a new person by the end. The only complaint was having to leave. I will definitely be back!
5 stars! I can’t say enough about this little gem. I decided to treat myself to a package and selected the Pamper Me Princess. From the minute I arrived and was greeted by Michael I experienced some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. They were warm and accommodating, the spa was cute and clean and the details are thoughtful. I felt totally at ease as I started with the salt scrub, went on to the mud wrap in the Alpha 2010 capsule and then to a lovely little lunch they had prepared in house. After that I had an amazing facial which really did all it said it would. I can’t wait to come back and try some additional treatments! Susan was a wonderful esthetician! Whenever I feel like spoiling myself I will come back to Bella Michelle. Parking and entrance was also lovely tucked back so you felt like you really were “getting away from it all”. They made it so easy for me to be totally relaxed! ❤️
