I love Bay Paws Pet Resort. I know weather I'm sending my pup Charlie there for a day of play, a bath or a weekend away she's in the best hands. The staff always makes me feel welcome when I walk in and they're always excited to see Charlie.

I love how clean the facility is when you walk in and it doesn't feel like a boarder. Prior to finding Bay Paws I went to a different boarder in the area and I thought it was normal for it to smell like dogs and have the sounds of barking the entire time. At Bay Paws that is not the case. My dog use to come home with no voice and lethargic and I thought that was just part of boarding your pet.

My precious Beaux was boarded for 8 days . I was able to bring his bed and food from home. Received pictures and updates on his eating, drinking and bathroom. Beaux was able to relax in his personal condo, he loved the play time and even had his nails trimmed! Beaux will return to Bay 🐾 Paws on future travels. Thank you to the staff for making Beaux feel right at home!

I would give them 20 stars if I could, they are the BEST! The people up front are very welcoming, friendly and I feel comfortable dropping our dog off. Jaime, our groomer, has been perfect everytime! She does an amazing job on mickeys hair, she knows exactly the cut we want and what he needs. He has been a very sensitive dog his whole life and the groomer takes her time with him, re assures him, he is always happy to go, it makes my heart happy knowing how well he is taken care of. Thank you for being so kind, respectful and of course big animal lovers! I feel like we hit the jackpot when we found this place.
