Bay Area Roofing recently replaced our roof right before the summer storms started. We have been completely satisfied. They provided a seamless process from start to finish. The team is professional and helpful answering all questions. I would suggest Bay Area Roofing if you want an excellent job completed.
A leak began on the edge overhanging the lanai, and even though it was not large it was enough of a concern that I called Bay Area Roofing. I called them because they have done several other repairs to my tile roof and the work was always thorough and professional. They came out within a couple of days; we came to terms on the job, and very soon thereafter work commenced. Bay Area did their customary excellent job and completed what had turned into a larger job (repairing a 30' valley with failed sheeting and underlayment) within two days. Have used Bay Area Roofing several times for leak repairs. Each time the repair was completed in a timely manner. They provided photos of what was going on so that I could see exactly the problem. I highly recommend them.
