Another awesome yoga class. Yin Yoga is now my new Saturday morning routine. Matilda is amazing and so welcoming! The atmosphere at Anima Interna is so peaceful and the community there is absolutely amazing. Thank you!

Just got a deep tissue massage from Sara and WOW IT WAS AMAZING!! I really needed to get my trigger points fixed and she was spot on! She also knows techniques that people use in Thailand and I loved it! If there was an option to put more than 5 stars I would! Thank you so much Sara! I’m telling everyone about it!

Alison immediately felt like family to me- her warm spirit is infectious - so too is the tranquil environment of the treatment center. it's crucial that a healer's hands have integrity in order to guarantee progress or improvement. In regards to healing, it's obvious Alison practices what she preaches - it's undeniable - I'm so confident in making that claim - that I'd wager! Moving through uncomfortable moments of physical and spiritual healing and the process of letting go of physiological trauma/stubborn holding patterns, prior conditioning, etc. flows better when working w someone you trust - someone who has your best self, highest potential and utmost wellbeing as the standard. She sets her bar high, but gently and reliably reaches the goals each time. Six months ago, she was my first and only cranio-sacral therapist and sole introduction to visceral manipulation. Previously, I'd had doubts and was overall skeptical of energywork that touted such miraculous results using so little physical force or touch. The morning after my first session, I woke up and CRIED in gratitude for feeling relief. Today, I budget and make small sacrifices to prioritize weekly sessions with her. You won't be disappointed.
