My mom & dad took our Boston Terrier “Ralph” for an exam sDr. Tracy was beyond excellent. Totally great with our dog very personable explained everything. We recently moved and my parents thought they would never find a veterinarian as good as the one they had been taking our pets to for close to 50 yrs (And yes they did) This woman is truly wonderful.
My cat got sick and was throwing up a lot so we called around for a place to take him. This place made room for him and were great. My cat poos when he travels, but they were very understanding and helped clean it up. If you are looking for a vet for an emergency or long term care there are a few good ones in this area and this is one of them.
Dr. Reifer at countryside animal Hospital is the best as far as I'm concerned. When I first came to Florida ten years ago I had a black pug named Buddy. Dr. Reifer took care of him until he was 13 years old and then had to put him to sleep. I thought my heart would break and Dr. Reifer looked like he was going to cry because he had gotten to know Buddy very well. A year or so later I Rescued another black pug and then six months later after that I went to the East Coast and rescued another one. I love them so much and proceeded to care for them carefully however do had been animal hospital in Tarpon Springs where is the firm designated to take care of them and always had. So I tried to stick with them but soon learned that their service does not compare to Dr. Reifer. They were so cool and impersonal and never could remember me or my dogs. Finally this week I called and With Dr. Reifer. Her name is Mollee and she had a bad ear infection and had never really been checked over thoroughly. But upon taking her to Dr. Reifer he talked to me and outlined everything she needed and took care of it. During the visit he told me several times that Mollee, Who is a black miniature pug who is absolutely adorable. He did everything she needed and she is feeling much better already. However, I have to make an appointment there for the other little guy, Solomon. Salmon is a regular size black Pug also with a deformed front foot from being abused and abandoned. We drove to the East Coast to get him, and I don't consider him lucky I consider us lucky for finding him. We love them so much. I made up my mind I'll always stick to Dr. Reifer at countryside animal Hospital.
