I'm a repeat customer. I got knottless box braids in July and just recently took them down.

On my initial visit Tashia asked about the look I was trying to achieve. She examined my hair and educated me on the size and length of braid that would protect my edges (which I greatly appreciated). She did a sample braid and price was stated up front. In the past with other braided styles including knottless my head would ache and the first few days would be awful. I absolutely loved my bohemian braids! They came out even better than I imagined. The whole experience was great, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for gorgeous braids!

I can't say enough good things about my recent box braids installment at African Hair Braiding by Tashia! From the moment I walked in, Tasha's hospitality was truly exceptional. I'm Caucasian with silky, fine, yet very abundant elbow-length hair, which I know can be a challenge for some braiders. But Tashia didn't even bat an eye! There was no hesitation, no questioning if she could do it; she immediately got to work.
Throughout the entire process, which, as anyone who gets box braids knows, can take hours, Tasha was constantly checking in, reassuring me that I was comfortable and doing okay. Her attentiveness made the time fly by. And the results? Absolutely stunning!...read full review
