Wow. What a great guy (Ron). I called a lot of water softener company and all gave me the run around. I spoke to Ron to see if he can get me a part for my water softener and he took his time to help me trouble shoot my problem, said he will go out his way to get me the part and even came to my house (I told him I will meet him) to deliver it. I explained to me how it works and made sure it was working correctly. I would recommend him 1000% of the time. Thanks again Ron.

Ron installed our softener system 4 years and 11 months ago. Our warranty was for 5 years parts and labor. Our system failed early this morning. I called Ron at 8 AM this morning. Long story short Ron was here today just a few hours after my call and made the necessary repair. Yes everything parts & labor were all covered. Great product and fantastic service.Thanks Ron

We have been with Ron and his company for about 4 years now and have always gotten stellar customer service from him. At the beginning, I was unsure as when I tried to call, the voice mail was full, but that must be because they are so popular as they respond quickly to text messages. The few times I have had a problem, he has reached back out to me and resolved them either over the phone or, when necessary, he has come to our home to fix the issue. In these days, it is sometimes hard to find a company with good work ethics, but Ron has definitely filled that niche!
