I have been seeing Dr. Milnes for 12+ years and he has provided both pain relief and proper mobility throughout my body. Dr Milnes is an excellentl chiropractor. I just started going to him after a referral from my chiropractor who retired. I have not been disappointed ! He is very knowledgeable, takes his time, and never rushes you. And explains your diagnosis to you.
And he also gives good tips on how to take care of yourself. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Milnes is knowledgeable and experienced and explains all that he feels is going on and the best way to approach treatment. At 69, I’ve been to a lot of chiropractors along the way and this doctor and staff is the best!
