Not sure about all the negative comments other than people who have problems tend to report bad service more than those who receive good service. I have been an ABC member since I was referred by a contractor friend. The tech who came out yesterday had to deal with a huge mess which flooded the toilet, bathtub and the carpet in half of the bedroom. He was busy for awhile but he took care of the problem and did a good job of handling most of the water on the floor. Thank you, David S. for you courteous and professional service.
