The supervisor, Rosa, at the front desk is amazing! She went out of her way to make our stay so enjoyable that we will definitely be back and we hope she is still there when we return! My husband and I celebrated our 11th anniversary and she made sure to make it special for us. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking the beach strip of hotels and bars. The view is incredible. You can see both Clearwater Beach and Sand Key Beach from this spot. Highly recommend this hotel for the upscale quality, comfort, view and service!
Amazing service from valet to check in (even though my room wasn’t ready yet when I showed up which I didn’t expect it to be as I showed up around 11am) I felt like I was treated with amazing customer service. Sat at the pool bar with Alyssa until my room was ready which the front desk team sent me a text to notify me my room was ready not to long after arriving. Alyssa recommend the chicken wings and they were phenomenal. Dom, Christian and nick (bartenders) were all phenomenal as well downstairs at the sandbar good recommendations as well as good drinks Randy the manager even checked in on me making sure everything was up to par.I will definitely be back to visit...read full review
Cancelled our stay due to family illness 48 hours before checkin & was told we must pay the entire amount of our stay. Was even willing to take a credit towards a future stay, but they wouldn't even discuss it.Stayed here w/family multiple times but never again. Will make sure to spread the word about their horrible customer service best I can.I am adding an update & changing to 4 stars because after my "campaign", the hotel accommodated my and my family's reservations to change the date. Reserving the 5th star because had I not been stubborn & diligent I know they would have been happy to take my $$$ & do nothing to rectify the situation.
