Donna was extremely helpful in helping us purchase our home. We moved from our home of almost 20 years to a new city that we knew pretty much nothing about, she helped us with location and was always a step ahead of the game. We talked to a few other realtors in the area and none were as prepared as Donna. When we first met Donna she had some houses all ready and a itinerary set for us to follow. We fell in love with our first house and looked at a few after that, none caught our eye like the first one. Donna was super friendly and helpful with the buying process because after losing my grandfather we never went through the house buying process alone. I hired Michael to install a deck for me. I was in no hurry for it. Michael communicated often and kept me informed on when he could start. His work is excellent and he even noticed a few minor issues with my house. I had him come back to fix those and to quote me on another job. He is honest and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend his company.
This is our second time building a home, and this time we went with Townsley Construction. Building a house in general can be stressful, but Josh and Anne, and the entire Townsley team made this experience great. We are currently 2 months after our move-in /closing date and we absolutely love our home (Hamblin). They have been extremely responsive and reliable with warranty work (which happens with every new home), and it shows that they take pride in their brand and workmanship. Townsley’s used excellent sub-contractors to get the job done, and most of them were not only good at their trade, but friendly and professional. In todays age of building, that was refreshing. I have family/friends that are currently building with other local builders…and I cannot be more pleased with the time frame for completion, craftsmanship, communication and overall experience compared to the nightmare stories I’ve heard from other builders. We chose Townsley as a new builder (out of several other local established builders) because they seemed eager to make your vision come to life, and make the owners happy. We 100% made the right choice and they will be recommended to anyone we know in the future. Townsley will reign over these other builders if they have not already. Get the Hamblin while it’s hot! Lol

My home required both lawn and landscape work. I was referred to Franklin’s Lawn and Landscaping. I called and Chuckie promptly came out and gave us a reasonable estimate and spent time speaking to us about the process and time frame involved in achieving our requests. Chuckie was very knowledgeable, professional, and quickly became a friend to our family. The work was completed in accordance with the initial plan and looked even better than we expected!
