Lazaro was out to inspect our house. He was friendly, professional, punctual, and willing to answer all of our questions. He just sent us his report on mitigation and 4 point test and it was thorough, easy to understand and had many pictures, which were labeled to give explanation. All I can say is WOW! Rich did an amazing job. He was already working when we arrived onsite. Not only was he thorough, informative and knowledgeable. He exceeded my expectations by being kind, funny and very patient. I’m known to ask a lot of questions and generally inquisitive, he relayed all of the information we needed and we saw the home in a brand new light. We are going forward with our purchase but we are saving a ton of money with our newfound information. Would highly highly recommend to anyone looking for an inspector.
