I called today, albeit it is the Friday before Mother’s Day, to inquire about Tulips. I understand it is a stressful time (and we all have bad days) but the snappiness and curtness of the salesperson’s response was surprising to say the least. I would have bought an additional amount more of a different type of bouquet (as I did with your competitor Blossoms) but their interaction left a lot to be desired and I hung up abruptly because I didn’t want to respond in a manner I’d later regret. We’ve all had bad days and I’ll chalk up the experience to that but please, in future, be a tad more mindful when responding. Wishing your business success this Mother’s Day.

Very nice flower arrangement and considerate florist. The owner answered the phone after business hours to take my order. She was kind enough to assist with ordering an arrangement of flowers for a funeral. Without much notice she had the beautiful arrangement to the funeral home in time for the viewing. Our family will always remember her patience and kindness in our time of need. Thank you very much to House of Flowers owner!
