The CNA who took down all my personal information and vitals was very kind and compassionate. The Dr was very kind as well . She listened and took her time with me.she gave me a good antibiotc. Im feeling better already. Im very glad I went.

Review update. I was contacted by the manager. She let me know that the employee would a get a refresher in procedures, processes and customer service.
Room for Improvement. Person working in the front greeted me with how she needed my SSN to verify my insurance coverage. She let me know that there was no way the VA would approve my visit without it. I let her know that's why I have a VA approved insurance card with a group and member id so that information no longer had to be collected. I also let her know I have been going there since they opened and they have my info on file. She let me know that Quick Care doesn't keep that information... read full review

My primary was closed so I came here hoping to avoid any Urgent Cares in Gainesville. I’m so happy I did! The staff were all wonderful. Monica, the treating physician, was so attentive and friendly. I got called back very quickly as well. Overall, they made me feel right at home and made sure to dot all the i’s and cross all the t’s before sending me on my way. 10/10!
