Amazing customer service! I had such a horrible experience at optical outlets earlier in the day for trying on frames with my mask off and I just walked out and I am so glad i did! The service and kindness I received here was phenomenal. Thank you to all the kind staff for getting me in as soon as possible and for being so kind and answering all my questions without feeling annoyed. You all were so busy with others but that did not stop you from acknowledging me and making me feel comfortable. Again thank you especially Melissa, Daysi and the other wonderful staff!

This is by far the definition of excellence in every way! Both Dr Blick and Dr Wallace are compassionate,caring informative and you feel like you have known them both your entire life! The front desk staff and every single employee greets you and makes you feel like you're the only one there they are cheerful helpful and patient! I had an appointment yesterday and my friend came along to keep me company and she doesn't even wear glasses and enjoyed being there! We love everyone especially Kelsey my son Jonathan hasn't seen her in a year and talks about her every other day how he misses her and he is only 11! The office is beautiful and modern and the selection of glasses is top notch I get happy when I know I have an eye exam because this is by far the best staff in the word

What a great experience we had with this office! My son saw Dr. Wallace, amazing. Very thoroughly and was constantly engaged with my child. I would highly recommend this office. Very clean and the staff was very nice. We will be back!
