I recently joined the fitness center here. It is clean and well equipped. I have taken a few water aerobics classes. The instructors have been friendly, kind and considerate with this un coordinated individual.
Some of the equipment is pretty outdated and wish they had more space and weights for Olympic lifting / CrossFit style workouts but overall great gym with plenty to do. Tons of classes and very friendly staff. So many great amenities.
I absolutely love this Gym. I am a fitness enthusiast, and this gym is hands-down, the greatest facility that I’ve ever been to. And here’s a little secret, I work at the competition lol but I choose to come here for the amenities, the price, and the size and availability of everything in the gym is just second to none.
