I've been using Royal Maid Service and the staff on the phone has always been professional and easy to work with. They offer a few different ways to pay which is nice and you can get on a recurring schedule. There were a few times when cleaners broke an item (complete accident, it happens) and staff was quick to replace the item.I'd give 5 stars except that we tend to get new cleaners quite frequently, so a chunk of the cleaning time is spent giving a home tour and orienting the new cleaners.Overall we are happy with the service!Service: General housekeeping

I have been using Royal Maid Service for ten plus years! As a teacher, coming home on a Friday and walking into a clean, great smelling home was just what I needed! They have always been extremely professional and thorough and so prompt! I retired from teaching and took a break from them! Now I’m working again and love having them come. Whenever I call, they send two very good ladies and I am never disappointed! They do a great job in all areas of my home; bathrooms scrubbed and mopped, kitchen cleaned including appliances, floors mopped, hardwood floors dusted, furniture dusted, blinds and ceiling fans dusted!
