I hate the turnout of my nails...I took a lost financially, I am not satisfied with my nails at all I went in with a picture of what I wanted and showed the nail tech, my nails don't look anything close to what I was wanting to achieve I will never go back here to get my nails done unless for some reason they get new nail techs who actually know what they are doing...I normally don't give bad reviews but I left extremely disappointed today

The person did a polish change. Did not properly trim my toe nails. Did not coat over the edge of the nail and argued with me when I requested that he paint the edges of the nails. Charged me $25 when it used to be $10 to change the polish.Service: Nail polish changes

2.5 I was inside of the Super Walmart to pick up a Visa gift card for a friend and I walked past this mini nail salon inside of said store. My toe nails were needing their trim up and I was running around doing the errands so I stepped within the entrance and looked in. Stood there for a good five minutes while the sole female worker was providing a pedicure to a client and a man sat in a seat, staring at his laptop. I will excuse the female worker because her back was to me and she was getting the work done but the other person just zoned out, casually scrolling his computer, feet plopped up until he noticed I was standing there. That was when he shot into motion and came over to ask what I needed. The nail trimming was $10 just like at my regular place so I went with it and the female tried to talk me into getting a full pedicure but I was too busy for it. He trimmed up the toes, remarking how thick they were - can't help it, those babies come out that way. He was able to get me serviced and out the door quickly once he started though.
