Shannon was amazing! He was very friendly and personable while also professional, helpful, and instructive. He was also proactively prepared to help me when I didn't know what I didn't know! I hope I don't need appliance repair again anytime soon, but if I do, I sure hope to have Shannon from Ramb's Appliance Repair!

I have a home appliance warranty and my refrigerator went out. Ramb’s was assigned to do the repair. It turned out there were more issues that we originally thought but Shannon made sure it was done correctly. He stood up for me and my family against my home warranty company and made sure everything was done correctly. I CANNOT THANK SHANNON and RAMB’S Appliance enough. I would ABSOLUTELY use them again.Services: Freezer repair

Ramb's was the only parts dealer that had what I needed in stock! Thanks to them I was able to get a new belt for my dryer and get it back up and working the same day! I will call them first next time!Service: Dryer repair
