“Great florist. Ordered flowers from Texas for a memorial for my husband's first wife, and honestly, I couldn't have picked a better florist. I told them what I needed and they delivered! My husband wanted to write something to include with the flowers, and even though it was really long, they made sure that my husband's exact words were written on the card. It's hard to find a trustworthy person who will fulfill exactly what you want, especially when you aren't even in the same state. “Kelly Shannon Floral is one of the best florist I have ever experienced. They recently made two arrangements for my son's wedding that were absolutely beautiful. I am very picky about flowers and looked for months to find something that I thought looked nice and sent them several pictures as a reference. “I ordered flowers to be delivered to an employee who is in the hospital. There was a mishap on the hospitals end where the flowers weren’t delivered to the patient even though the driver confirmed the room number and the patient name with the front desk at the hospital. When I realized the flowers hadn’t been delivered, I called the florist and they took the time to reach out to the hospital to figure out what happened and take care of it. they re-deliver the flowers to the office when the employee was back on Tuesday and they were absolutely stunning. The roses were huge and looked amazing. The quality of the flowers were great and I was so happy with the costumer service. I would definitely order from them again. Still waiting for a couple of the lilies to open up should look even more beautiful in the next couple days.“
