The staff here are all friendly and helpful. Dr. Bala is extemely knowledgeable, and makes me feel like she cares about my health. She makes sure I understand my condition, treatment, and medications.
Dr. Burrowes is an excellent primary care physician who is smart, kind, and caring. He listened well, demonstrated exceptional knowledge and experience to diagnose my issues, explained things clearly, expressed understanding and concern, and crafted a treatment plan that fit me perfectly, and gave me hope. Excellent doctor! His staff - Kerely, Tasha, and Katie - were friendly and efficient.
Dr Nagalapadi does not rush office visits. He sits with you and makes you comfortable in addressing any concerns. The staff is always very professional and efficient. It is a great benefit that I can go to the same office for bloodwork. They go ahead and schedule from one visit to another.
