She was super awesome very personable and funny I could talk to her all day. With the service: first the price was great, the hot towel and message was much needed and super relaxing. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE how my hair turned out. I also really enjoyed the chakra fragrance sprays a nice added touch and the location was super convenient, free parking garage was right by the salon. “My little and I had an amazing afternoon here a few Sundays ago. Melanie went above and beyond to make my little princess feel comfortable and pampered getting her first manicure. She was very delicate and sweet to her little three year old hands :) the location was very clean and welcoming. I am excited to go back and get a mommy and me package. They also have a great area for birthday parties with a huge closet for playing dress up. Truly any little girls dream ! Highly recommend !“

“I have pretty curly hair that people often cut the wrong way, but he did an amazing job! Not only did he even out everything, which was completely uneven due to other stylists, but he took care to include things I had asked for or needed like for all of my split ends to be taken care of. And in the end he even blow dried it and styled it so I could see how it all looked. I also called at 8PM right after I had gotten off work and he got me in ant 9:30PM! Overall he was super nice and did the best job I’ve seen in a while!“

I called the salon at Dillards and spoke with Jessica, and she got me scheduled with her for the next day. I was comforted by the fact that she also has a pixie cut - the stakes always feel high because there is so little margin for error with hair this short. When she sat me down in the chair, she asked a lot of questions, really listened, and made wonderful suggestions. I could not have had a better experience, and my haircut is just beautiful! Truly one of the best cuts I’ve ever had. I will definitely be going back to see Jessica again!
