Victoria is a master and she perfectly replicated the picture of the style I wanted. At half the price and with the same expertise as the other salon, she gave me a beautiful long lasting blowout. “I have pretty curly hair that people often cut the wrong way, but he did an amazing job! Not only did he even out everything, which was completely uneven due to other stylists, but he took care to include things I had asked for or needed like for all of my split ends to be taken care of. And in the end he even blow dried it and styled it so I could see how it all looked. I also called at 8PM right after I had gotten off work and he got me in ant 9:30PM! Overall he was super nice and did the best job I’ve seen in a while!“

She is friendly, warm, welcoming, her suite is clean, she’s very cleanly, and she is patient, kind and gentle. She takes the time to explain the benefits of sugaring if you’d like and I find that to be very helpful in understanding what you’re having done. “My usual stylist was out of town long-term and my pixie desperately needed to be trimmed and shaped. I called the salon at Dillards and spoke with Jessica, and she got me scheduled with her for the next day. I was comforted by the fact that she also has a pixie cut - the stakes always feel high because there is so little margin for error with hair this short. When she sat me down in the chair, she asked a lot of questions, really listened, and made wonderful suggestions. I could not have had a better experience, and my haircut is just beautiful! Truly one of the best cuts I’ve ever had. I will definitely be going back to see Jessica again!
