I need to let everyone know about the Cape Coral vision center on del Prado I am very very impressed with the excellent service that I received from a employee manager I believe her name is Liz she went above and beyond to find me just a pair of frames for my existing lenses , she also made me understand about how important it was to get vision insurance.She made my whole day I had just started a job and my glasses were broken and she went she went out of her way to make sure I left there with a frame that I could where to work,, until I was able to afford a pair

My opinion about the doctor is the best, she is very kind, very professional among other good things. The reception staff when I went to ordinary glasses were very friendly. Look, I have some cheap frames for 9 dollars and I tried them on and I thought they were 9 dollars and ok everything was fine. I paid for them and I didn't realize when I got home he had charged me $28. The next day I came back to complain and he no longer deals with me. The same face, he never told me it was $28 and he got upset when I complained because I actually had the Ramon, it's shameless he never told me what that cost. I left very dissatisfied.

Originally I was going to leave a 5 star review because I had a great experience, but that quickly changed on my follow up. I had called to make an appointment for an eye exam and was able to get in the same day. My optometrist was very polite and patient oriented. She worked with me to give me the best options for my eyeglass and contact prescription. I was in and out within an hour and had everything I needed including a sample pair of contacts. Well, life happens and one of those samples fell out within my trial period. This usually wouldn't be a major issue except my lenses that I ordered have not yet arrived and I am leaving for vacation the next day. I have no other...read full review
