Such wonderful customer service. They fixed 2 pairs of glasses for me (that weren't purchased with them) at no cost. Will definitely be back in when we need a new pair. Thanks again!

After losing a screw for my glasses I was really bummed. I called vision works and spoke with Mario. He replaced the screw at no cost. I booked an eye exam that day. I value a place that doesn’t nickel and dime you at every opportunity.
