We had a delightful experience with Tru-Clean Surface Care . Both Kayla (who handled scheduling and re-scheduling, and communication) and Zach, who did the actual steam cleaning of our carpeting did a great job. Efficient, knowledgeable, honest and kind! Looking forward to our older carpeting continuing to look great for a while!!!!

They offer a great service at a good price. John who has been over to our house to clean the carpets a couple times now is super nice and professional.
Kayla the office coordinator is helpful and friendly. She is quick to answer the phone and could answer any question we asked.
The carpets come out clean and I will continue to use them for both being thorough with the cleaning and a pleasure to deal with. John’s eye for even the tiniest imperfections is amazing.
