Brian was able to navigate our loan through two hurricanes weeks apart, appraisals after each hurricane, moratoriums on Homeowners Insurance until after the hurricane’s have passed and was able to secure a closing date on our new home two weeks ahead of schedule. Trace English is by far the most professional broker I have ever worked with. He is timely, honest, hardworking and efficient. I am self employed and my financial documents can get very involved. What could have been a headache Trace made so much easier. I love my new home and it all because of him!
