We had the pleasure of working with Brian Fulton at Tomasso Mortgage and he was absolutely the best Mortgage Broker I have ever worked with. Brian was able to navigate our loan through two hurricanes weeks apart, appraisals after each hurricane, moratoriums on Homeowners Insurance until after the hurricane’s have passed and was able to secure a closing date on our new home two weeks ahead of schedule.
