I have been a customer of Target Optical for nearly 15 years. Today, I visited the Pine Island Rd location to purchase 2 pairs of eyeglasses. I was assisted by associate Jessica. I have always had good service, but today's was so great - I needed to leave a review! There were several customers present, and I could observe Jessica's interactions with them. She was the consummate professional: experienced/knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She made my selection process easy, navigated my vision insurance quickly, provided great advice and assistance. Jessica was extremely helpful adjusting my eyeglasses. She made it perfectly fit considering my head is a bit crooked (lol). Friendly and very patient. She just knows what she is doing. Thank you Jessica!

I’ve been wearing eyeglasses for over 40 years. In all that time, Jessica is one of the most knowledgeable Licensed Optician that I’ve ever come across. She also made me feel very comfortable, explaining my insurance benefits, and also explaining the new Ray-Ban Meta Glasses. I am 100% satisfied with The services she provided.
