I lost the hard drive on my small business computer, which also contained my personal information. I was stressing over turning it over to a stranger, but during the initial call, which he answered on the second ring, I felt like this was the place to be. Sandro is professional, polite, and he knows his stuff. He had my laptop diagnosed right away, and within a few days that included a long weekend, he had a new hard drive with Windows installed, as well as recovering 100% of my data. The price was affordable, and he even followed up with a remote phone connection to wizard around my machine and get my Quicken to work again at no extra charge. Sandro is the man!
