We needed a plumber immediately due to the fact that all of a sudden our toilets would not flush. Roto-Rooter sent someone to our home within a hour and a half. Dan was the technician and he was great. We had some roots that had grown into our line going to the sewer and he took care of it for us. I would highly recommend this company.and Dan. He was very professional, friendly and he knows what he is doing!
They came out in the middle of the night - after 2am! Fixed our clog and they were kind and professional. Even though we live 45 min North - we would call them again - EVERY TIME!
We had a leaky faucet that they came out same day to fix. Steven Maddison was our tech and he was amazing. Very timely. Very professional. He new what was wrong before he even got there just by talking to us on the phone. Very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to make sure he didn't make a mess either.
