“I cannot recommend Nicolle enough! She did such an amazing job on my hair — I’ve never had dimension before, and she absolutely nailed it. The color looks incredible! Nicolle was super personable and really took the time to help me figure out what I wanted, even when I wasn’t exactly sure myself. “I've been going here for a couple of years, but I have had manicures and pedicures on and off from other salons for the last 20 years. Those that are new to the salon, know ahead of time that their methods are different from other salons. They don't have the giant massage chairs or vibrating foot spas like some nail salons. Also, they don't soak hands or do major cuticle trimming, but they said it's to prevent infections and for acrylics to last longer. I never preferred cuticle trimming because multiple nail techs over the years said to me that once you trim them, they grow faster and you have to keep trimming them forever. I've been to other salons that go right into trimming without asking and I hate that. For Gel pedicures, they soak and scrub feet after applying polish in a normal tub of water to also prevent infections.

Since going to Pro Files, I've had no infections, my cuticles stay short and my nails are durable as long as I'm careful in my everyday life which for me is more important than anything. Also very important is to make sure you state ahead of time what you want done in your manicure, if you want to have nail art, gems, or something like Ombre French tips, make sure to be scheduled with nail techs who specialize in that because some nail techs don't have that experience level yet or prefer not to do it. Kristi also is very personable, and delightful, has finesse with filing, and can do a variety of nail art while securing gems when I get them. None of my acrylics lift off from my nail bed before 3 weeks. I get tons of compliments on my nails. I highly recommend this salon and Kristi's services, but I've had great experiences with other techs with repairs and pedicures like Tiffany, Dena, Nicole, and Penelope. Also, the atmosphere is very welcoming. Scheduling is very organized and accommodating considering how busy they are.

I recommend booking a few weeks ahead of time when possible, it makes things go smoother, especially around tourist season.“
