They were professional and courteous. My one major negative was the long wait for care. The waiting area only had a couple of people waiting. The online check in didn't speed up the process. However the NP , Joe, was thorough and had great personality.
Big thanks to Marissa, Tara, and the two employees at the front desk for their patience, professionalism, and willingness to help me out, even right before closing time. I would've been much worse off at home had I not been assisted by them. Very assuring staff despite me clearly panicking as all the effects of a terrible day of surgery recovery finally caught up to me. Thank you!
I have severe medical anxiety and had to get stitches for first time in my life last week in my hand. Janielle saw me hysterical and immediately came to help and she calmed me down so much. Dr Tara was amazing and stitched my hand flawlessly. They followed up with me next day and made sure I was ok. Just got stitches out yesterday and I’m very satisfied and thankful for the team helping me through this.
