Massage was decent. Asked for deep tissue so I could have something between Swedish and Deep, so the therapist was paid. I don't remember if the therapist introduced herself. Strokes were to fast I never relaxed completely, I have PTSD so that's not always attainable. I asked for gluteal work and she ignored me or didn't understand me. She was kind quiet and hard working. She used plain oil, hot towels. Some stretching and/or better hamstring and glut work would go a long way. Spa was nice but very cold. My table was heated and the therapist did not have control over the room temperature. The concept of this spa is great, execution needs to be evaluated.

Mayshdaley, the receptionist, is one of the sweetest people I've ever had the pleasure of speaking to in any business, super helpful and informative about products and services; this will be the only massage spa I will be going to for a looong time, unrivaled customer care! :)

My aesthetician Rebecca was absolutely amazing, she would get five stars.
However the customer service at front desk needs work. This location moved to the other side of the plaza & the person who booked my appointment same day didn’t bother mentioning that. It’s unpleasant to start out a relaxing experience disoriented because the place you’ve been going to for years isn’t where it’s always been. Then the person at the front desk was super rude & dismissive when I was said that was frustrating, stating they sent an email, as if that was sufficient. It’s not.
