We were in our early 70s and acclimating very well to a lazy life. While walking to an event in Ft. Myers in January my husband found it hard to breathe and I wasn't doing very well either. We decided that we needed to get stronger, and we were not going to do it on our own. The next week we went to Esporta in Cape Coral. We were assigned to Jason for training. We trained twice a week with him and once on our own. I don't see a 5K in my near future, but I can get out of my chair without making noises and I am able to get up off the floor with only one or two body adjustments. My husband is breathing better and is able to walk farther. We feel so much better and look forward to getting even stronger.

The showers are dirty, the spa was out of order for about 3 weeks, the only bright spot is Tyrone my trainer. I’m only staying because he is there. If he left I would follow him or go to another gym. If not for him I would given less stars, the 3 is for him alone.
