Update: Our fur baby was very ill and unfortunately, we had to make a very difficult decision. The vet and all the staff approached our family with kindess and compassion during a very difficult time. First time there today with one of my kitties. Was very pleased with the experience. From the front desk team, to the vet tech, to the vet herself, to the prices. Just wow across the board. Everyone was so kind and caring. It took about a month to get the appointment as a new client but they said once established they can get you in sooner. Their prices are also amazing. Their senior blood panel was 64% cheaper than another vet that I use to go to. That's a crazy differenceThank you Islandside for providing excellent care at a reasonable price.

As existing patients, I thought that we should have been fitted in their schedule sooner.I understand it may not be life threatening but as pet owner, we are worried. When I asked on what to do if my dog got sicker, the replied was to take her to an emergency hospital, I was expecting the answer to...read full review
