“I just had my primary and pantry closet installed by Closet Factory. I was assigned Geety as the Designer, and she was awesome. She was a consummate professional. She arrived early for our appointment and was prepared. She was easy to connect with and pleasant. I enjoyed working with her immensely. Geety listened to my needs made suggestions and most importantly stayed within my budget. Geety designed at my home and did not rush. I was able to review her drawings immediately and was able to provide feedback on the spot. She listened and designed with my needs in mind. Geety followed up with me and provided instruction on next steps. Shockingly, I didn't have to wait long at all for the job to begin. It was about a week from the time I inquired, and Jessica called with a quick install date. Other companies you have to wait months for the install to take place. The lead installer Jared was just amazing. He was very friendly. He contacted me before arriving and kept me posted every step of the way for 2 days. Jared was neat and tidy and cleaned up after he was finished with the install. He wiped every shelf down and didn't leave any sawdust around. Jared is very talented with his workmanship, and I would definitely request him again for my future installs. Overall, I was thrilled with Closet Factory the quality materials they use and the lifetime warranty they offer. Closet Factory might be slightly more expensive than other companies, but it was totally worth it.“
