Superior customer service and quality of work and product. From the initial contact in scheduling, to the installation and even questions about care of the flooring afterwards, there is genuine pride in their workmanship as well as a continued connection to you as one of their customers well beyond the job being complete. Their work is meticulous and clean down to the tiniest of details. Mike in particular was absolutely wonderful. Incredibly personable and genuinely caring about our home and flooring.
