“I was call by Twin Services Heating and Cooling. They had a summer special going on for $39.95 they would come out and inspect your HVAC system.
They arrived on time and the Tech, Dennis was extremely knowledgeable and knew his trade well. He found several issues with my HVAC unit.
I am a retired Engineer and while not a HVAC I do understand what most folks are talking about. I also know if it calls for a max of 19 amps and it drawing 25 amps that yes something going to give soon. In this the amperage pull was 25 amps and it should have been a max of 19 on the hottest day.
We discussed it I understood and decided to get it fixed. The price not cheap but it was well work the money and more than fair.
The following day his Tech arrived on time and replaced the entire inside sysem and even fabbing up a new air handler. The workers knew what they were doing and could answer this engineers questions. They cleaned up did a outstanding professional job.
If I could give 6 stars I would. I have had 5 HVAC systems replaced in 5 different homes over the year that I have lived in different cities. Twin Services is the best I have ever experienced.
They are a 'Go To' company, you will not be dissapointed.“

“Between two different AC companies, they were telling us we needed to either get a new unit (6 year old unit) Or replace the coils ($3500). Jeremy (from air necessity) came, and wasted no time trouble shooting. Turns out it was a severely neglected drain line, even after paying maintenance contracts with other companies. It was nothing that warranted a new system or coils. We are now using Air Necessity for our maintenance contract from here on out. I appreciate the amount of time he spent talking to me about the system, and showing me how to avoid issues in the future. This is the kind of company that is hard to find- HONEST! He had every opportunity to take advantage and try to get a bigger payday. However, he chose the honest route and fixed it for hardly nothing! 10/10 recommend!“

I task another company (1hr) and they try to scam me for 3000, on a 5t evaporator coil, stating that it was not under warranty even though it was installed 7 years ago. Darrel and his team took charge of the situation and started early the next morning and got my A/C unit squared away. Also they went beyond that and replaced a few parts not costly that enhanced my unit performance. Other companies just want to make money disregarding your needs. Call them, I guarantee their service.“
