The office staff is very welcoming and accommodating.
I've had several appointments and the longest I've ever had to wait was about 5 minutes. Usually, I am able to walk into the treatment room immediately after signing in.
Most of my treatment interaction is with Edson and Ivy. Both of them are courteous and very competent. They are both very thorough when treating me and make me feel very comfortable.
My occasional interaction with Dr. Larry Johnson is always successful. He answers all of my questions directly and always makes sure that I am informed and satisfied.

I would definitely recommend Hancock Healthcare for anyone that has neuropathy! The staff is wonderful and the treatments were beneficial to me!! Thank you Dr. Johnson and staff!! You’re the best!
