They figured out right where the trouble was and had it fixed in just about 2 hours. They repaired the wire and installed a new outlet and function checked the circuit. They had to make a cut in the wall to replace a section of wire but they installed a new outlet at the cut and when they were finished there was no visible signs of damage and the outlet looked as though it had always been there.
