Showed up on time. Technician very professional. This was the fifth or sixth service call I have had on the refrigerator and no one else had been able to fix it. Three days later it seems to be working fairly well. Still a slight leak but nothing like it was before and no one else has been able to do anything.

Very satisfied with the service. Technician was thorough and explained the issue with my appliance to great detail. He went the extra mile to make sure I understood what options I had, and what would be most beneficial. He did not try to up-sell service and was direct and honest on pricing. Fees seemed very fair.

When I say they are GREAT I mean super great! The technicians and the company are so honest and work until whatever they have come to fix is done! Abraham, Emberto (could be spelled wrong), Rosie who answers the phone are all fantastic! If I could give them a billion stars I would. It's their honesty, hard work and so so GREAT personalities that will for sure make anyone who calls them be over the moon they did. If you need any appliance repaired this is where you want to go. I just can't say enough how much we love and trust them all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
